  • To expose returning Ambassadors to partnership possibilities, in-depth resource materials, and networking opportunities.
  • To celebrate the NHSC’s 35th anniversary by highlighting the accomplishments of NHSC clinicians and communities in improving the health of the Nation’s underserved.
  • To strategically plan for individual and/or collective Ambassador activities either on the campus or in the community in the areas of recruitment and retention, preparation and training, mentoring, and advocacy for primary care.
  • To educate the Ambassadors on the resources and materials available to them, both electronically and in print, for use in their Ambassador role.
  • To solicit feedback from the volunteer Ambassadors on their communications and programmatic needs in order to effectively support the Ambassadors.
