ATTENDANCE
What day and time do I need to arrive?
You should plan to arrive the night before the first day. The meeting will continue for 1 ½ days. The first day will be a full day, with abstracts available for viewing in the evening from 4:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. The second day will be a half-day session, from 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Who is invited to attend the conference?
Scientists and individuals interested in HIV-1 Acute Infection.
Are continuing education credits being offered (CEUs, CMEs, etc.)?
Continuing education credits are not being offered for this meeting.
Can additional staff from my site attend?
Yes, provided they register.
TRAVEL COSTS AND REIMBURSEMENT
Who will make reservations and how will they be paid?
Travel reservations for registered participants will be made through your own travel agent. Please be advised that you must register prior to confirming your travel arrangements. Accommodations (room and tax only) will be available at the Best Western, The Inn at Longwood Medical, which is a very short walk from the meeting venue.
Cancellations
It is important that you carefully consider your availability prior to registering as there is no registration fee for this meeting. Space is limited, so please only register if you are sure you will attend.
In the event that you have to cancel your participation, you must also cancel your hotel room. Failure to do so may result in 1 (one) night's charges to your credit card.
